So, for years, whenever I would think of Josh (and the rest of the guys), I would just smile, and be glad to have been friends. This is one of the few times I'm sorry to have known him, only because he is now gone, and though it's been years, it really hurts to know he isn't in this world. But not ever forgotten.
Keep 'em smiling, wherever you are - see you someday again!

My deepest sympathy to Josh's family. This picture reminds me of the young man I knew in junior high and high school always ready with some quirky witticism. I remember his laugh like it was yesterday. He will be missed by all who knew him, but there is at least some comfort in knowing he is now at peace. God Bless.

Dear Ms McManamon, Joey and Siobhan, So sad to hear of your beloved husband and father's death. I remember your family with great fondness during your years at St. Ann's school. I know as a teacher your are not supposed to have favorites, but you are very special to me. And, yes, Mr Simon always made me laugh....he had a sly and wicked sense of humor that was unforgettable. Most of all, I remember his love and devotion to you, his family. Please accept my deepest condolences.

My deepest condolences to the Simon and McManamon families.
Josh, I miss your humor, your brilliance, and your ability to make me laugh in even the darkest of times. The world is a duller, sadder place without you in it. Rest easy, my friend.

My friend who understood what so few did, I miss you already. Make no mistake, Josh. . .you achieved your dream of being a comic. The laughter will remain long after tears have subsided. Thank you for gracing us with your life for 55 years. May your memory be for a blessing.
