Rosalie Karczmarczyk

Rosalie Karczmarczyk, 68, of Wilmington, Delaware was called Home on Sunday, May 5, 2019.

Rosalie was employed as a biochemist at the DuPont Experimental Station, and loved her second career as a drapery expert at J.C. Penny Department Store.  

She is the devoted mother of four daughters and three sons.  Rosalie is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Casey, Pattie, Kimmy, Ally, Kai, Brenden, Sean and Ami; and her beloved Phoebe Kielbasa.

Rosalie was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Stanley F. Sarner; her sister, Kathleen Massey.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Monday, May 13 from 4:30-6:00PM, immediately followed by a Remembrance Service.  The interment will be held privately for her family.
