Richard Zdziech

Richard Zdziech, 71, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021.  Born in Brussels, Belgium on December 31, 1949, he was the son of the late Piotr and Teresa (Nowocin) Zdziech.

Richard was retired from the DuPont Experimental Station and was a faithful member of St. Hedwig Parish.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Stanley and Bogdan Zdziech.

Richard is survived by his wife, Agnes (Wandzel) Zdziech; his daughter, Teresa Matteo and husband, Angelo; his brothers, Sylvester, Peter and John Zdziech.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at St. Hedwig Church, Linden and S. Harrison Streets, Wilmington on Friday, October 8 from 10:15-10:30AM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30AM, immediately followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Richard may be made to St. Hedwig Parish, 408 S. Harrison Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.
