Margaret M. Russell

Margaret (“Marge”) Anne Russell, age 87, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Irvine, CA and Philadelphia, PA, passed away on September 30, 2022.

A graduate of West Catholic Girls High School, Marge worked in Data Entry, enjoyed reading, crocheting and traveling.  She was a member of the Newark Senior Citizens Center.  She was married to her devoted and loving husband Dave Russell (deceased).

Margaret is survived by her brother, Jim of Garnet Valley, PA; her nieces and nephews, Rick Regler,  David Regler, Marie Cueman, Jim Gallagher,  Terrie Jenkins, Paul Gallagher, Michael Gallagher, Joe Gallagher, Tricia Gallagher, and Charlie Gallagher; and her great-niece Kim Westover. 

Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, October 7th, 2022 from 4-6PM at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808. Interment will be held privately for the family at All Saints Cemetery.
