Lawrence A. Dugan, at the age of 72, passed away peacefully with his wife, Kathleen by his side, on the afternoon of Friday, May 20th, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Whether you knew him as “Larry,” “Lar,” or “Duges,” he was your friend. He was a good man with an easy-going temperament who always seemed at home with a glass of red wine in one hand and a golf club in the other. Larry liked listening to the Bob Pantano Saturday Night Dance Party and Sunday with Sinatra. He looked forward to his annual golf trips with his buddies to Myrtle Beach and playing in the Mulrooney’s golf league.
Larry and Kathleen enjoyed many great vacations and trips over the years, with a favorite being Bermuda. They also enjoyed watching many a sunset over the bay from their beach home at the Jersey Shore. Their life together was a good one.
Along with his parents, Larry was predeceased by his father-in-law, William J. Farrell; brother-in-law, Stephen P. Farrell; and nephew, Billy Dugan.
He is survived by his wife of almost 32 years, Kathleen (Farrell) Dugan; brothers, Vincent “Buzz” Dugan and wife JoAnne, William “Billy” Dugan; and his twin sister, Linda M. Dugan. Additionally, he is survived by his mother-in-law, Mary T. Farrell; Sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann Marie Noble (Jim), Elizabeth Bothner (Paul); Brothers and sisters-in-law, William J. Farrell II, Thomas D. Farrell (Sandy), Lauren T. Farrell and Kathleen T. Farrell. He will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
