Elizabeth Ogle Waters

Elizabeth Ogle Waters, 90, of Wilmington, Delaware peacefully passed away in the comfort of her home on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 with loving family by her side.  Born in Wilmington on September 4, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George and Ruth (Deakyne) Ogle.

Elizabeth was employed with Goldey-Beacom College as the secretary to the college president and retired after 25 years of service.  In her leisure time, she enjoyed gardening.

She was predeceased by her husband, Leo A. Waters, Jr.

Elizabeth is survived by her sons, Kenneth J. Waters (Marianne) and Leo A. Waters, III (Michele); five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held privately.
