John F, Sarnecky, Jr., age 96, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Born in Perth Amboy, NJ on March 3, 1922, he was a son of the late John F. and Emily (Kovalsky) Sarnecky, Sr. John proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1942 until 1946. Above all, John will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who had a great sense of humor and was dedicated to his family.
