Neil was a great guy, I had the opportunity to work with him for years and there was never a bad thing to say about him with all the things that went on at the P.O.. He had a great personality and a kind spirit. Neil was one of my husband's favorite friends and that gave me the chance to know him as well. It broke my heart when I found out he was gone. The world was a better place with Neil in it, and he will be greatly missed. I will always remember Neil and his kindness, wish he was still here.
