I first meet Jim when I started at the Hotel DuPont in 1976
Jim befriended me and was a fine Chef and mentor
I visited him at his restaurant after he left the Hotel
I will remember Jim as a friend and my first Chef instructor

I was so sorry to hear about Jimmy. I only knew him for a short time from Shipley Manor. He sat at the same table as my mother did for dinner. We all loved to hear Jimmy talk about being a chef. I went back to visit him a few times and he always took my hand and gave me a smile. Sending prayers to the family during this difficult time. Jimmy, you will be missed.
