Gene was such a nice man to all those he met. He and Mary together created a wonderful family who welcomed any who came into their midst. I am sorry that I couldn't be at the funeral today, but wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you all.

I was one of the luckiest people to share so many happy years (decades) with Gene. My kids loved and respected him. Gene and Mary never missed anything . He will be missed so much
