To the Harkins family--we offer our sympathies in the loss of your mom. We have many fond memories growing up next door to her on Beech Street. Mom & dad were wonderful neighbors! We last saw mom at Manor Care in 2014. When I (Lorraine) walked into her room, she recognized me--I was thrilled! She lived a nice long life. May she now rest in peace!

Mrs. Harkins was a sweet and loving person. Never an unkind word about anyone. A true Christian woman. She will be missed by everyone.

Sorry to read about your Mom, Grandmom, Great-grandmom, passing. She lived a long and great life. She left such a legacy and lots of children, Kathy, one of my favorite workers at Bell Atlantic, Steve also followed in Mom's footsteps working there also. Being such a good Irish lass, she is being welcomed in Heaven!!!

Our hearts are broken again for your family. We loved your Mom. Such a sweet, intelligent, warm lady. Remembering the separation dance at Eric's wedding was one of the sweetest memories. So cute, they didn't even realize. Now they are no longer separated, and that is bittersweet. Much love to all of your family Kathy.

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother. I remember all the times when I was little I would come over with my mother Lillian Welsh, I always had so much fun. My heart goes out to your family at this difficult time.
