Ronald Emory Obituary

On Wednesday, April 28, 2021, Ronald F. Emory of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully at the age of 89.

Ronald was the son of the late John and Frances Emory. He was a graduate of Salesianum School. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Ron made his 35 year career at AstraZeneca as a lab technician. He enjoyed horse racing at Delaware Park and going to the Atlantic City casinos.

He was predeceased in death by his wife of 57 years, Virginia P. (Myers) Emory; his parents and his siblings. He is survived by his daughters, Sharon C. Joswick and Pamela Costello; his grandchildren, Chad C. Ciancio (Kim); Channin C. Ciancio, and Krista M. Costello; and his niece, Debbie Webb and her family.

Services and burial will be private. Interment will be held at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE.
