Paul Eric Piser

Paul Eric Piser, 83, of Newark, Delaware peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.  Born in Wilmington on November 7, 1941, he was the son of the late John and Harriet (Spencer) Piser.

Eric was a graduate of Elkton High School and proudly served our country in the United States Army from 1959 until his honorable discharge in 1962.  He was employed as a chemical operator with the former ICI Americas, currently AstraZeneca.

Eric will be dearly missed by his wife, Ann Marie (DiGiacomo) Piser; his children, John-Paul Piser and wife, Britt, Nicole Piser and partner, Caitlin; his grandsons, Dominick and Espen Piser.  He is also survived by his brother, Ronald “Moe” Piser and wife, Betty; his brothers-in-law, James Palumbo and wife, Tina, Michael DiGiacomo and wife, Lisa; as well as several extended family members.

In addition to his parents, Eric was predeceased by his brothers, John and Kurt Piser.

The Mass of Christian Burial and Interment will be held privately.
