Patricia Ann (Hoxter) Frazer

Patricia Ann Frazer, age 73, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, March 23, 2023.

She was born in Marshallton, PA, daughter of the late George and Ethel (Hash) Hoxter. In addition to raising her family, Patti worked in a variety of human resources roles for Bentley Harris, DuPont, and most recently, CDI Corp.

Patti will be remembered for her love of God and scripture; her adoration for nature, birds, and lighthouses; her baking, especially her famous Christmas Cookies; and above all else, the love and dedication she had for her family and friends. She was a strong, independent mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her sons, Tom Kirkner, Joe Kirkner (Pam), and David Kirkner; her grandchildren, Victoria, Samantha, Joclyn, Nick, and Tommy; her great-grandchildren, Owen, Natalie, and Emma; and her siblings, Sam, Gary, Dan, and Doug Hoxter, and Debbie Shoffner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Peters.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 12:00 – 1:00pm at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, where a funeral service will commence at 1:00pm. Interment for Patti will be held privately with her family at a later date.
