Michele Buccio Berryman, 71, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Michele was born in Wilmington on August 21, 1954 and was a graduate of St. Elizabeth’s High School. She and her husband owned and operated Dunkirk Liquors for 28 years. Michele eventually joined the staff of CPG & Associates and was employed as an office administrator for 16 years.
She was a member of St. John the Beloved Parish and volunteered with the Midway Girls Softball League for 35 years.
Michele is survived by her husband, Michael Berryman; her children, Philip Berryman (Jackie), Tracy Berger (Josh) and Matt Berryman; her beloved grandchildren, Adrian and Owen Berryman, Kayla and Victoria Berger. In addition, she is survived by her father, Samuel Buccio (Debra); her brother, Samuel Buccio Jr. (Carol); her sisters, Deborah Buccio (Bill Holland), Toni Haug (Chas) and Paula MacArthur (Colin); nieces and nephews; and her very dear friend, Cathy Burris (John).
Michele was predeceased by her mother, Joan (Pukalski) Buccio.
Family and friends are invited to visit at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington on Thursday, March 12 from 10:00 – 11:00AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated immediately following the visitation.
