Mary Ann Kwiatkowski, age 80, of Millsboro, Delaware, passed away suddenly on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Born in Wilmington, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Krol) Kwiatkowski.
Mary Ann graduated from St. Hedwig Grade School, Padua Academy and Goldey-Beacom College. Her working career spanned more than 40 years at the NVF Company. Mary Ann loved spending time at her house on the Rehoboth Bay, relaxing by the pool, floating on a pontoon or eating crabs after a day on the bay. She frequently hosted family and friends for a pool party and barbeque. Mary Ann was a member of the American Legion Post #5 and enjoyed socializing and playing bar bingo. She contributed to many organizations to help the less fortunate.
Mary Ann is survived by her sister, Jane Juhrden; her niece, Kristen Herrmann (Howie); special long-time friend, Rosalie Hitchens; as well as numerous cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary Ann is preceded in death by her brother, John Kwiatkowski, Jr.; her brother-in-law, Robert Juhrden.
Family and friends are invited to visit at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19808 on Monday, November 27 from 10:00 – 11:15AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30AM, immediately followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery.
