Kenneth R. Curry, Jr.

Kenneth R. Curry, Jr. AKA “Kenny/Goose”, age 65, passed away on March 23, 2025. He was born in Wilmington, DE on November 27, 1959 to the late Kenneth R. Curry, Sr. and Joanne E. (Palmer) Curry.

Kenny owned and operated for 27 years the Ken Curry, Jr. Wallcovering and Paint Company. In his free time, Kenny’s absolute favorite activity was just spending time with his wife Robin. He also enjoyed vacationing, hunting and fishing. Most especially, Kenny will be remembered for his devotion to his beloved Philadelphia Eagles !!!.

He is survived by his wife and best friend, Robin A. (Fisher) Curry; daughter Jennifer Lyons and her husband Shawn of Wilmington, DE; granddaughter Chloe Lyons; step-son Tony Pepeta and his wife Lee of Wilmington, DE; sister Christine Stanley and her husband David of Felton, DE and brother’s Timothy Curry and his wife Carmella of Wilmington, DE and Todd Curry and his wife Joy of Lincoln University, PA. Kenny is also survived by sister-in-law’s Billie Monahan and her husband Jack of Hockessin and Terry Davis and her husband Gary of Elkton, MD.

Family and friends are invited to visit the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808 on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM, with words of remembrance by family and friends beginning at 11:00AM. Interment will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are strongly encouraged to be made to a favorite charity of choice. The family invites everyone to dress in their best Philadelphia Eagles gear in honor of Kenny.
