Kenneth Edward Betts

Kenneth E. Betts, 80, of Bear, Delaware peacefully passed away under the care of Seasons Hospice at Wilmington Hospital on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.  Born in Brooklyn, New York on August 15, 1941, he was the son of the late Howard and Anna (Haffner) Betts.

Ken proudly served our country in the United States Army and was employed with IBM, having retired in 2000.  He was a loving husband and a devoted father and grandfather.

Ken is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lucretia (Russomanno) Betts; his children, Michael Betts and wife, Annette, Diane Wilson and husband, Tom, Joseph Betts and wife, Brei, John Betts and wife, Stephanie; his grandchildren, Chad (Jen), Tara (Will), Jessica, Dylan, Colin, Cabella, Calianna, Natalia, Ryle and Carlee; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Savannah and Kennedy.

Funeral services for Ken will be held privately.
