Obituary
John A. Kaczmarczyk III, 54, of Wilmington, Delaware peacefully passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
John was born in Wilmington on September 23, 1968 and was a graduate of Delcastle Technical High School, class of 1986. He was employed as a safety compliance coordinator with Alliance Electric. John enjoyed a variety of activities throughout his life including scuba diving, fishing, gardening and golfing with his dad. An avid music fan, he especially loved the Beatles. He was also a talented woodworker and cook, as well as a master of one-liners.
John was predeceased by his father, John A. Kaczmarczyk, Jr., who passed away on September 28, 2022.
John is survived by his children, Chloe and John IV; his former wife and friend, Lori Kaczmarczyk; his mother, Patricia (deCourcelle) Kaczmarczyk; his sisters, Susan Kaczmarczyk (Casey Gaines) and Amy Kaczmarczyk.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Friday, May 26 from 10:00 – 11:00AM. A Catholic funeral service will begin at 11:00AM, immediately followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery.
