Jeffrey Chae (Ebling), 43, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 23, 2025.

He was predeceased by his brother, Matthew Ebling.
Jeff’s time with us was far too short, and we hold tight to the good memories we shared with him. He faced more than his share of challenges, yet he stayed resilient and always found a way forward. He had a gift for picking up new skills and succeeded in many different roles throughout his life. He was charismatic, and he left a genuine mark on the people who knew him. While we grieve the loss of his life, we also honor all the good he brought into the world. That is how we choose to remember him.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Friday, December 12 from 10:30AM - 12:00PM. Further services and interment will be held privately.
