James E. Nolan, 82, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on June 27, 2025. Born on May 28, 1943, he was the son of the late Harry G. Nolan and Katherine Rentol.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Nolan, and his brothers, Harry Nolan and William Nolan. He is survived by his children: Sandy Minio (Bob), Leslie Logullo, Patti Russo, Jack Logullo, Brent Logullo, James E. Nolan Jr. (Kelly), Eddie Nolan, and Bobby Nolan. He is also survived by his grandchildren Wayne, Lindsay, Ryan, Rachel, James, and Eric, and his great-granddaughter, Mia.
Mr. Nolan began his career at IBM as a typewriter repair technician before moving on to work in the Biomedical Equipment department at Christiana Care. He had skills in carpentry and other trades, which he applied both professionally and personally.
He had a longstanding interest in sports, particularly as a fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, the Philadelphia Eagles, and NASCAR racing.
Services for Mr. Nolan will be held privately.
