James M. Loeb Sr., 52, of Newark, Delaware passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Wilmington on December 4, 1969, Jim was employed as an assembly lineman with the Chrysler Corporation, having retired in 2008 after 18 years of dedicated service. He was an automobile enthusiast who enjoyed restoring classic cars and assembling models. He was also an avid Harley-Davidson motorcycle fan.
Jim is survived by his wife of 16 years, Teresa (Celli) Loeb; his son, James M. Loeb Jr. (April); his mother, Alice (Keen) Loeb and step-father, Nicholas Chroushore; his step-children, Kenneth Rohrer (Courtney), Jessica Rohrer, Elizabeth Rohrer (Bill) and John Hannaford; his brothers, Wayne Loeb (Peggy), Chris Loeb and William Loeb (Joanne); 2 grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 1 step-great grandchild.
He will forever be in our hearts.
Jim was predeceased by his father, Fredrick Loeb.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Friday, June 17 from 12:00-1:00PM, with funeral services immediately following.
