Jacqueline A. McMeekin

Jacqueline A. McMeekin, 83, a longtime resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and most recently of Hockessin, Delaware passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026.  Born in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia on June 28, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ida (Hecksher) McMeekin.

Jacqueline was employed as a registered nurse with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for 45 years. She and her husband enjoyed traveling, with the Pocono Mountains being among their favorite destinations.  She was predeceased by her husband, John Griffith.

Funeral services will be held privately.
