Jaclyn Diane (D'Amico) Daley

Jaclyn Diane Daley, 40, of Wilmington, Delaware peacefully passed away in the comfort of her home, surrounded by the love of her family, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, after facing her journey with extraordinary strength and courage. A true warrior in every sense, Jackie met each challenge with grace, resilience, and an unwavering spirit that inspired everyone who knew her.

Jackie will be remembered for her remarkable ability to light up any room with her smile and laughter. She had a gift for making others feel cared for, always putting the needs of those around her before her own. Whether offering a listening ear, a warm hug, or a witty joke at just the right moment, Jackie made people feel seen, supported, and loved.

Jackie and her husband, Matt, created a life full of joy, connection, and adventure. Together, they cherished time spent with family and friends, building memories through gatherings, vacations, and everyday moments that mattered just as much. Some of their most treasured times were the adventures they shared with their children—exploring new places, cheering on their favorite team, and embracing the simple joy of being together. Above all, Jackie found her greatest joy and most enduring legacy in her children, Claire and Cameron, who were the light of her life.

A passionate and loyal fan, Jackie shared a deep love for the Philadelphia Eagles with Matt. Game days were more than football—they were a celebration of tradition, excitement, and the bond they shared.

Jackie’s warmth, generosity, and fierce love for her family will be carried forward by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy lives on in the laughter she inspired, the kindness she showed, and the courage she embodied every day.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Jaclyn is survived by her husband of 10 years, Matthew J. Daley; her children, Claire and Cameron Daley; her father, Ronald D’Amico (Pamela); her mother, Sandra D’Amico; her brothers, Jason D’Amico (Kristen) and Gregory D’Amico (Jamie); her nieces and nephew, Cora, Emilie and Nicholas D’Amico; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Tamra Daley; her brothers-in-law, Jeff Daley (Stacy) and Chris Daley (Tyler); her niece and nephew, Ellie and Chase Daley, and stepsister, Kim Goode (Darren). 

Family and friends are invited to the visitation at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1502 W. 13th Street, Wilmington on Friday, December 5 from 10:00 – 11:45AM, with funeral services following at 12:00PM.  Interment will be held privately.
