Emilie M. (Nadler) Hannum

Emilie M. (Nadler) Hannum, 80, of Wilmington, Delaware peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.  Born in Wilmington on July 29, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Martin Luther Nadler and Nesta Belle (Weicker) Nadler. 

Emilie was a graduate of Friends School and the University of Delaware.  She worked as a horticulturist and took great pride in creating many beautiful landscaping displays.  Her happiest places were her garden and the beach.  Emilie was a talented cook and possessed a love for animals.

Emilie is survived by her daughters, Amy Workman and Rebecca Hannum; her six grandchildren, Shelby, Amanda, John, Cody, Miranda and Jamie; as well as her eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held privately.
