Elise Marie (Rizak) Pragg

Elise Marie (Rizak) Pragg, age 65, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Monroeville, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

A graduate of Christiana High School, Class of 1978, Elise was known for her warm heart, generous spirit, and love for life’s simple pleasures. She worked in the bakery department at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where she was appreciated for her dedication and friendly nature.

Elise had a passion for antique shopping and visiting craft shows, and she cherished time spent with her family and friends above all else.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Pragg, and her father, Michael Rizak. She is survived by her daughter, Kristin Kemplen; her son, Ben Pragg; and her treasured granddaughter, Keira Caldwell. Elise also leaves behind her loving mother, Leah Rizak; her brother, M. Jeff Rizak and his wife Debbie; her sister, Loreen Hayes; and her nieces and nephews: T.J., Jasen, and Mallory Rizak, Chris Hayes, and Rachel Evans.

Services will be held privately at the family’s request.
