Eileen (O'Callaghan) Johnson

Eileen Johnson (nee: O’Callaghan), age 83, of Wilmington, DE, formerly of South Philadelphia, passed away on September 7, 2021.

Eileen was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by her children Gale Deputy (nee: Johnson), Richard Johnson, Jr., and Sandra Clark (nee: Johnson); grandchildren Lindsay, Gale, Shannon, Erin, and Michael; 6 great grandchildren; twin sister Mary Mulholland (nee: O’Callaghan); many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Our family finds solace in knowing that Eileen has reunited with her Beloved Husband, Richard Johnson, Sr., and son Herb, in the afterlife.

Eileen was devoted to her family and found great joy in spending time with us. She especially enjoyed singing, dancing, and laughing. She left us all with many cherished memories.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808 on Monday, September 13, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m., followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808.
