Charles K. Enderle, age 91, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Monday February 24, 2025 at the Willow Valley Retirement Community.
He was employed by DuPont in Wilmington, DE for 34 years. In retirement, he volunteered for 20 years with Delaware Hospice and Habitat for Humanity. He also assisted in various home repair and remodeling projects with his son-in-law, Mike Moran. He enjoyed warm sunshine, walks, running (completing 12 marathons) and vacationing in Hilton Head.
Charles was predeceased by his beloved wife of 64 years, Ann Marie (Jenemann) Enderle and his grandson Christopher. He is survived by his children Chris, Paul (Austine), Catherine (Mike), Michael (Kali), and John (Terri); grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to visit Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 9:30am – 10:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow, celebrated at 11:00am at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington, DE, 19808. Entombment will be held at All Saints Cemetery.
