Adam Scott Morris, 42, of Hockessin, Delaware, passed away on July 30, 2025.
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Adam was a proud graduate of the University of Delaware. He went on to build a distinguished 19-year career at JPMorgan Chase, where he rose steadily through the ranks, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues across multiple divisions of the bank.
Adam was, above all, a devoted husband and father. He met his wife, Arielle, at the University of Delaware, and together they raised two daughters, Makayla and Maddie. Those three were the lights of his life.
Adam was also a deeply loving son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. He is survived by his mother, Cheryl; his father, Dennis; his in-laws, Jeff and Linda Ingber; his sister, Heather Poppe, her husband, Paul, and their daughters, Abby and Emily; and his brother-in-law, Craig Ingber, his wife, Emily, and their children, Sienna and Ethan.
Adam was beloved not only by his family, but by a wide circle of friends—cherished companions from college, work colleagues, and fellow members of Delaware’s Buffalo Bills fan community.
He will be deeply missed by so many who knew and loved him.
A graveside service will be held at Gracelawn Memorial Park in New Castle on Wednesday, August 6, at noon.
