Stephen J. Marshalewski, Sr.

Stephen J. Marshalewski, Sr., age 75, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Wednesday, May 29 2019.

Stephen loved to work on cars and enjoyed boating, crabbing, fishing, camping, gardening and ceramics. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Virginia Marshalewski; his children, Stephanie Marshalewski, Michelle Marshalewski, Stephen  Marshalewski, Jr., Henry Artis, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren  and his brother, Danny Marshalewski (Lorraine).

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 6 at 12 noon at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek where friends may visit from 11 am-12 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Cerebral Palsey Foundation, 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, NY, NY, 10019 or to the American Cancer Society, 92 Read’s Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
