I met Ray when we were at the recruiting station swearing in to the Marines. We hit it off and went through boot camp together. After ITR we went our separate ways. I just recently received a copy of our Marine Corps Red Book and saw his picture in it. I did a google on him hoping that we could hook up but found that he had passed away. I am very sorry for your loss! Semper Fi Brother!!

Dear Kim , Mike & Wendy, It is so difficult to figure out the best words to comfort you on the unexpected loss of your Father, exHusband. Ray was a good man. I remember how dedicated he was to you & the grandchildren. How social & good sense of humor with us neighbors ( especially loved teasing us about Eagles & Steelers). I'm sure our Lord has opened his arms & said " Job well done Ray - time to rest." May our Father's Peace be with you as you recall all the loving prescious memories you have of him
Love, Karla

Ray was one of a kind. He could fix anything on the job...when in doubt, send Ray he would just get it done. He was loyal and always there to help in anyway he could. His eyes would twinkle when he show me picture of his family and especially Julian. He was so proud of his family. I hope he was able to fully enjoy his retirement. May you always remember his gentle sly smile and the twinkle in his eye. The Wayman Family is so sad to hear of Ray's passing. Rest easy, my friend.

Ray, I'm going to miss you brother. You were one of the best mentors and a really good friend. I looked forward to those Monday mornings in the office and had even better times when we were on the same job. My condolences to your family. The world just lost a really great man.
