Nikolas Andrew Kyritsis

Nikolas (Niko) Andrew Kyritsis passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 4, 2018.

Niko was truly one of a kind. He had a smile that would light up the entire room.  He had a contagious positive aura that everyone loved to be around. In the time he was with us, Niko accomplished many things, and touched the lives of many. He was a charismatic free spirit, an avid car enthusiast, and a championship swimmer. He graduated from Alexis I. DuPont High School in 2015.

Niko is survived by his parents, Andrew (Andy) and Karla Kyritsis; his brother, Maxx Kyritsis; and his beloved girlfriend, Casey Brinker.  He is also survived by his grandparents, Joseph Kyritsis, JoAnn Crossan, Phyllis Krenzer; his great-grandmother, Jennie Girgenti; his aunts and uncles, Joseph and Kristen Krenzer, Kenny and Marianne Stewart; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal uncle, Robin Jay Thomas; his maternal grandfather, William Krenzer.

All are welcome to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808 on Saturday, August 11 from 10:00AM-12:00PM, immediately followed by a service in celebration of Niko’s life.
