A truly great man. Worked at DSFS for him and the senior instructors. Always enjoyed being around Lou at county and state meetings. Attended conferences with him and had a few drinks. He was truly a fire service education icon. Not many will follow in his footsteps. Always enjoyed having Lou and Carm at our annual banquets. He will be missed by the Delaware Fire Service. Rest in peace Lou. I am sure that you and some of the other greats from Delaware have already schedule a coffee talk.
