My sympathies with the family. I started at the NJ in 1962 and worked with Joe for quite a few years, although not in the same department. He was a great guy. AI remember Nesbit well. If I drank beer I would drink one in Joe's memory. He was an excellent, professional reporter and editor. One could not be any more fair than Joe in his writing. I hadn't seen Joe in years but I remember him well. God bless you Joe.
