James Richard Munsey (Dick)

James Richard Munsey, age 77, of Hockessin, DE passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018 surrounded by his family in Christiana Hospital.

Dick was retired from the Dupont Company after 35 years of service.

He was predeceased by his parents, Kellis and Ruby Munsey and his sister, Jill Amburn.

He survived by his wife of 54 years, Elizabeth Munsey, his son, James Richard Munsey, II (Valerie Quillen), his daughter, Michelle Irving (Gary) and his sister, Judith Draper (Harry).

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 8 from 1-2 pm at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek where a service will follow at 2 pm.
