I had the opportunity of working with George when he was with Corporation Trust and then again when he was the Assistant Secretary of State. I learned a great deal from him during our years together. He was very dedicated to his work on behalf of the State of Delaware. My condolences to his family.

George was one of the best friends we ever had. We are so sorry to hear of his passing. Anyone who knew George knew a great man who was a hard worker and a great friend. To Marilyn , Kathy , and Danny we are so sorry for your loss, he was so much a part of my success in life that I will never forget him. Our deepest sympathy from the entire Sharp family.
