William B Fulmer, Jr.

William B. Fulmer, Jr., age 86, of New Castle, DE passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2015.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Fulmer worked for Hercules from 1967 until he retired in 1991. He was a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a BS in Economics and Accounting. He was a longtime member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, enjoyed playing golf, bowling, music and was a baseball and football fan of the Phillies and Eagles. He also served in the U.S. Army from 1951-1953.

He was predeceased by his wife, Carole and his sister, Dorothy Jane Mummert.

He is survived by his son, William B. Fulmer, III and his wife, Sheri of New Castle, DE; his grandchildren, Ryan and Taylor, his sister, Jeanne Laurel Watts of Versailles, KY and many nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 10 am-12 noon at St. Barnabas Church, 2800 Duncan Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808 with a funeral service to follow at 12. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Salvation Army, 400 N. Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801.
