Steve Albright

Steve Albright, 25, of Bear, DE passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017.

Steve was a graduate of William Penn High School, class of 2010, where he excelled at both football and baseball and had the honor of being captain of the football team during his senior year.  He considered his coaches and teammates as some of his longest and closest friends.  Currently, Steve was employed with Giant Supermarkets.  He possessed a wonderful sense of humor, had an infectious smile, and enjoyed a wide variety of music.

Steve will be dearly missed by his parents, Garry and Karen (Wellborn) Albright; and his brother, Greg Albright.  He is also survived by his grandfather, Paul Wellborn; his grandmother, Joanne Rhodes; aunts and uncles.  Steve enjoyed an especially close relationship with his cousins, who also survive him.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Monday, October 2 from 4:00-7:00PM.  Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 3 at 11:00AM, followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery.
