Stephen John Nemeth

Stephen John Nemeth, age 68, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 surrounded by his family.

Mr. Nemeth worked at the University of Delaware retiring after 32 years. He was a graduate of Salesianum High School, the University of Delaware and was an army veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was predeceased by his father, Stephen Joseph Nemeth.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jan Nemeth, his daughter, Katie E. Nemeth, his mother, Rosemary Nemeth Finlayson, his sister and brothers, Cass Roberts (John), Charles P. Nemeth (Jean Marie),Thomas R. Nemeth (Roxanne), James E. Nemeth (Erzsebet), his brother in law, Thomas E. Pritchett and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 5 at 11 am at St. John the Beloved Church 907 Milltown Rd., where friends may visit from 10 to 11. Burial will be at All Saints Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Francis Foundation on behalf of Homecare, 701 N. Clayton St., Wilmington, DE 19805.
