Robert M. Cael

Robert M. Cael, 47, of Newark, DE, suddenly passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 after a long illness.

 Born in Wilmington, DE,  Bobby is  the son of Joseph Q. Cael, Sr. and the late Patricia (Tomczyk) Cael. 
 

A graduate of Newark High School class of 1987  Bobby worked in construction following graduation. He enjoyed snow skiing and going to the beach.
 

Bobby will forever be remembered by  his father Joseph Q. Cael Sr., siblings, Joseph Q. Cael, Jr. (Maryann), Patricia Cael Hill (Alex Harmon), and Kathleen I. Hellstern;  nieces Danielle, Stephanie, Chrisy (Caleb) and nephews  Max, Joey, Tommy and  grand-nieces and nephews, Preston, Emma, Talan and Abby. In addition to his mother, Bobby was preceded in death by his sister, Christine V. Breternitz. 
 

Family and friends are invited to visit from 5:00 – 7:00pm on Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, where a funeral service will be celebrated the following day at 10:00am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. 
 

A sincere thank you is extended  to all the medical professionals who touched Bobby’s life over the years.  We are forever grateful for the kindness and compassion you showed  Bobby.
