Very sorry to read of Patrick's passing.
We lost our oldest son, Brian, in 1992 to a car crash. He was 26. Everything changed from that point forward. Even today, some 25 years later, his passing is very difficult to deal with.
The only advice I have is take it one day at a time and try to be there for your loved ones.

Dear Mary Pat- it has been years but I had to send our sincere sympathy to you and your family. My son, Jimmy who played little league with Pat in Kennett messaged me about his passing. He said he still touched base with Pat once a year just to say hello. There is no greater loss then that of your child, my heart breaks for you. "Patches" was always our little buddy and I'm sure Pat provided the same joy to family and friends as an adult. To Mrs. McLaughlin, Kathleen and the entire family, the McCarthys are so sorry for your loss. We're thinking of you and sending you strength during this time.

Pat was so full of life and a great and genuine person that got off track..I pray that you are in a better place and are at peace with yourself ..I wish I could have done something more to prevent this tradgedy.. Pat you will be missed. My prayers are with your family
