Jason Quillen, 36, of Newark, Delaware, formerly from Hockessin, Delaware, passed away the evening of November 9, 2017. Jason was born on April 6, 1981 to Frank and JoAnn (Money) Quillen and was a wonderful older brother to Ryan and devoted husband to Jennifer.
