Helen S. (Strzalkowski) Burton

Helen (Strzalkowski) Burton, born on November 28, 1923, departed this world peacefully on October 17, 2016 with her family by her side.

Helen was predeceased by her husband, Willard R. “Bob” Burton in 2000.  She is survived by her son, Robert and his wife, Loretta; her grandchildren, Amy (Burton) Milhorn, Robert Burton and his wife, Beth; and her great grandchildren, Chance and Carly Milhorn, and Matthew Burton.

Helen supported both St. Hedwig and Corpus Christi Parishes.  She looked forward to the Polish Festival each year. 

The family would like to thank the staff of the Seventh Floor and ICU 3 at St. Francis Hospital for the care and compassion given to Helen.

Friends are invited to visit at Corpus Christi Church, 905 New Road, Elsmere on Friday, October 21 from 9:30-10:45AM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM, followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen may be made to the charity of your choice.
