To the DiRenzo family/friends, I am sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of his Personality and Society and years later, I spoke with him after I finished my doctorate; he could not have been nicer. His personal example, wit and unique oratory skills will remain with many. I wish peace and comfort to all who mourn Dr. DiRenzo's loss and may his memory be a blessing- Ralph

Dear Dr. DiRenzo's Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences.
Dr. DiRenzo was my teacher, mentor and work study supervisor.
I respected and admired him greatly. I worked for Dr. DiRenzo at the time of Marco's birth - he was so excited and proud of his family. He was such a good person.
Sincerely, Kathryn Mary Ryan Brown

My heart goes to his family. Doc D helped me for many years. I just saw him and shocked by this news. I will never forget how he helped me and all his jokes to make me laugh. I'm sorry to the family as I was unable to attend his service of life. Again he was very loved and I'm so sorry for your loss.

Gordon will surely be missed. He was a driving force behind our many reunions which we held every five years. (He wanted one every year!)

Condolences to the Gordon J. DiRenzo family; the youngsters have grown up with
tales from Dad Chronicalling every vital step in their impressive development. Gordie's work as Co-President of the Notre Dame Class of 1956 and Chairman of our Reunion 2016... safe to say he made our last the best for our fond memories.
