Gail Layaou Duncan

Gail Layaou Duncan, 61 of Wilmington, DE peacefully passed away surrounded by loving family on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.

A talented florist, Gail was employed with Leon’s Garden World and served as the manager of their Kirkwood Highway location.  She was an avid gardener and took great pride in the appearance of her yard.  Gail enjoyed many fun times with her family and friends.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her beloved grandson and her daughter.

Gail will be dearly missed by her daughter, Jamie Saienni (Steven); her grandson, Devin; her parents, Fred and Mamie Layaou; her brother, Fred (Judy); and her sister, Kathy Clouser.

She was predeceased by her brother-in-law, Bill Clouser; and her mother-in-law, Alma Antkiewicz-Baird.

Friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Monday, March 27 from 10:00-11:00AM.  Funeral services will immediately follow, and interment will be held in All Saints Cemetery.
