Edward James Barnett

Edward James Barnett, age 92, of Havre de Grace, MD formerly of Wilmington, DE passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.

Mr. Barnett worked for the Dupont Company retiring in 1985 after 28 years of service. He was a navy veteran of WW II serving in the Pacific Theater.

He was predeceased by his wife, Angeline A. Barnett. He is survived by his daughter, Paula A. Dombroski of Irvine, CA, his son, Peter Barnett (Carol) of Havre de Grace, MD; and his grandchildren, Justin Barnett (Tiffany) of Scottsdale, AZ, Kate Tallman of Wilmington, NC and Jonathan Jackson of Arlington, VA.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 2 at 12:30 pm at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek where friends may visit from 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Burial will be private.
