He was predeceased by his Father- Alfred Thomas McNeill and Mother-Carol McNeill. 

He is survived by his Wife- Delores Joan McNeill; his Son- Alfred Thomas McNeill; his Daughter- Farzaneh Elizabeth Duque; his Son in Law- Juan Duque; his God Daughters- Elizabeth Ann Wadsworth and Mary Dibricida; his God Son- Thomas Prenatt; his Brothers- Matt, Bart, and Pete Brothers in law- Louie, Al, Fran, Bobby, Renard, Doug, Chris, and Kevin; his Sisters- Mary, Gab, Liz, and Kathy; his Sisters in law- Becky, Gina, Liz, Tesse, Karen, Gail, and Chrissy; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Loving husband, father, brother, friend, and co-worker lost his battle with cancer. He was a veteran, programmer and jack of all trades. An amazing human being who was loved by all that met him. Gentle hearted, strong, intelligent man who made the world a better place while he was in it. He will be missed by many.

Family and friends may visit on Monday, April 3 from 5 to 5:30 PM at Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808, where a Celebration of Chris' Life will begin at 5:30 PM.  Interment will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, 5620 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19808 or the Prostate Cancer Foundation, 1250 Fourth St., Santa Monica, CA 90401.
