Anna L. Brown

Anna L. Brown, age 86, of Wilmington, DE passed away at home on Saturday, May 20, 2017.

Anna formerly worked at the Wilmington Country Club and was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Millcreek Fire Company.

She was predeceased by her husband, Harvey W. Brown;  her brothers, Raymond and William Grant and her sisters, Ethel Burns, Virginia L. Brown and Ruth Rechula.

She is survived by her children, Louise A. Brown, Sharon M. Brown and William R. Brown (Vicki) and her grandson, Jason Brown.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, May 25 at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Rd., Pike Creek, where friends may visit from 10-11 am. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. Dupont Hwy., New Castle, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Millcreek Fire Company, 3808 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808.
