Beverly "Bev" (Miller) Hutson

Beverly (Miller) Hutson went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 14, 2018.  Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Jacob H. Miller, Jr. and Mary Margaret (Poole) Miller.

Bev was a 1948 graduate of Wilmington High School.  She was employed as an administrative assistant with Astra Zeneca for many years.  Bev was a caring, kind and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.  Her family was everything to her.

In addition to her parents, Bev was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Charles H. Hutson, Jr.

Bev will be dearly missed by her daughter and son, Sharon Campbell (Ted), Charles H. Hutson, III (Lucy); her grandchildren, Jennifer Bojarski (Mike), Robert Hutson and Erin Hutson; her great grandchildren, Owen, Alex and Ethan Bojarski.  She is also survived by her brother, Jacob H. Miller, III (Virginia); her sister, Cindy Logullo (John); many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Bev’s family would like to send their heartfelt thanks to Delaware Hospice, who took excellent care of her, and a special thank you to her wonderful nurse, Veronica Macielag and her fantastic CNA Melissa Cole. 

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Thursday, January 18 from 5:00-7:00PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington on Friday, January 19 at 9:30AM.  Entombment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery.
